Born and raised on the island of Lošinj, this chef developed an early and lasting connection to cooking as a form of expression. Inspired by family traditions and by watching his mother transform simple ingredients into memorable dishes, he discovered a passion for creating flavours that leave an emotional imprint.
After completing culinary high school, he continued his professional development across Europe, refining his skills in cities such as Munich, London, Copenhagen, and Hamburg. Each destination contributed to shaping his culinary philosophy, exposing him to diverse techniques, perspectives, and contemporary approaches to gastronomy. A defining moment in his journey was his experience at the renowned Alchemist in Copenhagen, where he embraced the idea of food as art, emotion, and immersive experience.
His participation in the first season of Hell’s Kitchen Croatia introduced him to a wider audience and enabled collaboration with leading figures of the national culinary scene. Today, he specialises in private dining experiences in luxury villas and aboard yachts, delivering discreet, highly personalised, and seamless service. His menus blend modern international cuisine with authentic Croatian tradition, from refined tasting menus to rustic Dalmatian dinners that tell the story of the Adriatic coast through flavour, atmosphere, and hospitality.
