Jurica Jurašković

Jurica Jurašković is a young chef with a uniquely creative background: after years in the world of music, he transitioned into gastronomy, bringing with him an artistic sensibility that now defines his culinary style. His experience as a musician shaped his sense of rhythm, composition, and aesthetics - qualities that today guide his approach to cooking, where every dish is designed as an experience for the guest.

Jurica began his professional development in Manchester, where he studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and completed his culinary education at The Manchester College. He trained under Simon Wood, winner of MasterChef UK, and worked in demanding kitchen environments across England, gaining precision, discipline, and a distinct modern cooking style.

Upon returning to Croatia, Jurica was awarded a prestigious scholarship at the Aspira University College, where he continues his studies in gastronomy. His participation in MasterChef Croatia 2025 further highlights his ambition and growing recognition as an emerging young chef with a clear identity.

Today, through private dining, Jurica creates unique culinary experiences that blend atmosphere, emotion, and storytelling. Each dinner he designs is conceived as a gastronomic concert - a harmonious rhythm of flavours, thoughtful presentation, and a memorable experience that lingers long after the final bite.
