Eric Brajković shaped his culinary style in the Kvarner region and Opatija, through his work at the renowned Bevanda restaurant as well as at exclusive Italian ski resorts. His cuisine is rooted in a modern approach, combining Italian and Mediterranean influences with a focus on refined, personalised dining experiences.

Over the past two years, he has dedicated himself to private dining, creating tailored gastronomic experiences based on each guest’s preferences. His approach brings together contemporary aesthetics, familiar Mediterranean flavours, and carefully considered execution, with the aim of making every dinner a high-level experience.
