His cuisine is rooted in a modern approach, combining Italian and Mediterranean influences with a focus on refined, personalised dining experiences.
Over the past two years, he has dedicated himself to private dining, creating tailored gastronomic experiences based on each guest’s preferences. His approach brings together contemporary aesthetics, familiar Mediterranean flavours, and carefully considered execution, with the aim of making every dinner a high-level experience.
The menu is flexible and composed in agreement with the client. The price varies depending on the number of courses and the chef's selected seasonal ingredients.
